In this video, Yaya, demonstrates how to make an exfoliating facial cleanser. Exfoliating the skin is an important aspect of skin care as it removes the dead skin cells that cause breakouts and dull skin. It is further important to ensure that you are aware of all the ingredients in your cleanser. The best way is of course to make it yourself. While this video may be a bit advanced, you can watch the full clip and when you follow the instructions fully, you would be able to make your own product in the comfort of your own home.

Our jojoba beads make the best natural exfoliators because they are pure and safe for the environment. Use our jojoba beads in your soaps to provide an incredible exfoliation and cleansing experience. Please note that the beads are oil based and as such do not dissolve in water. Jojoba beads are also known as hydrogenated jojoba oil. A good tip is to add a thin layer to the top of the soap after incorporating some in the actual soap. This provides even more exfoliation. Avoid using plastic beads which cause build up in the environment.

Our jojoba beads works great in skin cleansers by providing gentle exfoliation. Please note that the melting point of our jojoba beads is about 155º F. Do not add it to a base that is too hot as it will melt and it won’t perform optimally. A simple way to also use our jojoba beads is to add it to honey. It provides an incredibly clear and polished face afterwards. Let us know if you try this recipe and any of the suggestions in this post by adding your comment below.
